★ Dr. Brad Buckley supports increasing healthcare services for pregnant mothers, new mothers, and babies.
★ Dr. Brad Buckley made school finance reform a major priority. Buckley passed a bill to continue reforms to provide more equity access across our school districts, increase school funding, and to fully fund the teacher retirement program.
★ Dr. Brad Buckley is fighting human trafficking. Buckley passed a bill that stops illicit massage parlors, enhances investigative tools, and protects girls and boys from criminals engaged in trafficking.
★ While radicals are attempting to make law enforcement officers the enemy, Dr. Brad Buckley stands up for
our local police officers and passed a bill that makes it impossible for large cities to defund the police.
★ Dr. Brad Buckley is leading the fight to get deadly fentanyl off the streets and out of our schools.
★ The pandemic showed us that we need permanent solutions to provide Texans with easier access to health care. Dr. Brad Buckley passed a bill that improves tele-health and makes tele-medicine services more accessible and affordable.
ABOUT BRAD:
His grandmother, Annie Roe Buckley, and his mother, Lolly Buckley, both served to educate countless students in Killeen ISD for more than 80 years combined.
Brad’s wife, Susan, has been a classroom teacher and administrator for 30 years.
Graduate of Texas A&M University, receiving his Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1989 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1993.
Brad is a partner in Killeen Veterinary Clinic and operates a cattle ranch and western performance horse business in rural Bell County.
His proudest professional accomplishment is the trust his many friends and clients have placed in him over the years by allowing him to care for their animals.
